Dog Boarding Prices

If your dogs can be boarded together in the same run, the rate is the largest dog's price plus $10 for each additional dog.

Cat Boarding Prices

All cats are charged the same rate. The current rate is $12/day.

Check-in/Check-out

Pets can be checked in during our business hours (Mon 8-1 and 3-5, Tues-Fri 8-6, and Sat 8-4). The boarding fee starts immediately the day your pet is checked in. Bringing in your pet towards the end of the day does not reduce the boarding rate. Our check-out time on the day of pick-up is 12:00 noon.

Those who pick up after 12:00 are charged a full day's boarding fee. We will not charge a boarding fee after 12:00 if your pet is scheduled for a bath or groom during its boarding visit Monday through Saturday. Typically we would groom your pet on the scheduled pick-up day and may ask that you pick up your pet later than 12:00 because we need the extra time to complete the grooming. However, if your pet is not getting bathed or groomed, the 12:00 check-out time will be strictly enforced.

We open at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and we give customers an entire half day to pick up pets without incurring extra charges. Any pickups past 12:00 will be charged a full day's boarding fee without exception. We also have an automatic full day charge for all Sunday pickups.

Administering Pet Medications

We can administer a pet's basic medications for a nominal fee. Typically, we hide the pills for dogs in either cheese, hotdogs, or canned food and give it with their regular feedings. The cost is $1 per application. We will hand pill for the same fee if the dog does not eat the pill(s) in food and does not bite. Cat pills are only administered through food (no hand-pilling) for a cost of $1 per application. We will do our best to make sure your pet gets their medication but will not guarantee it especially if they are uncooperative about it.

We can administer ear and eye medications for a cost of $2.00 per application.

Holiday Cancellations

The Thanksgiving Holiday period will cover the day before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday following Thanksgiving Day. The Christmas Holiday period will cover December 23 until January 2.

If your holiday reservation requires booking dates covered during these holiday periods, we will require 14 days' notice from the start date of your reservation to cancel without penalty. While we maintain a waiting list, the waiting list becomes obsolete as we get closer to the holiday period. 14 days' notice will give us sufficient opportunity to replace a cancelled reservation.

For example, if you book a Christmas reservation from the 21st of December until January 3rd, you would need to call to cancel no later than the end of our business day on December 7th.

If you must cancel within 14 days of your scheduled boarding reservation, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 per dog run booked and $35 per cat cage booked. If you do not bother to cancel at all, you will be charged the entire booked stay.

All reservations must be secured by a credit card. All cancellations must be done by phone.

Also, during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods, we will require 14 days' notice from the start date of the reservation to make any alterations of the boarding reservation dates. During these holiday periods we replace every pet going home with a scheduled incoming pet. Picking up early would free up a space that was turned away. Therefore, 14 days' notice is also required to shorten any boarding reservation during the holiday period. Extending a stay will be accommodated when possible. If you must pick up your pet earlier than your booked reservation, you will still be required to pay for the entire reservation that you are booked for. You must also have a set pick up date. We can no longer accommodate either/or pick up days because we need to be able to determine availability to accommodate future incoming pets. You must therefore book your stay for the longest stay you think you will require.

Summertime Cancellations

The Summertime period will be defined as the day before Memorial Day through the day after Labor Day. If you book a reservation during this period, we will require 5 days' notice from the start date of the reservation to cancel without penalty. If you must cancel within the 5 days' sufficient notice, you will be charged $50 per dog run booked and $35 per cat cage booked unless your space can be adequately replaced.

If your space can be replaced with a comparable booking, then no fees will be charged. A cancellation must be done over the phone. If you don't bother to cancel at all, you will be charged for the entire booked boarding stay without exception. Summertime reservations can be secured only by credit card.

We also need 5 days' notice to modify a boarding stay during the Summertime period. Shortening your stay inadvertently frees up a space that could have potentially been filled by another pet. Therefore, if you fail to provide 5 days' notice of an early pick up, you will be required to pay the entire stay that you booked. Extending a stay will be accommodated when possible.

We also must require a set pick-up date during the Summertime period. We can no longer accommodate either/or pick-up days. You must therefore book a reservation for the longest stay you think you will require.

If we deem that an early pick-up during the Summertime period does not cost us lost revenues from turning away a prospective replacement for your pet, then we will not charge for the remainder of the booked stay. We will be flexible when possible, but exceptions will only be made at our discretion.

Spring Break and Easter Cancellations

All reservations booked over Spring Break or the Easter holiday (sometimes they overlap) will require 5 days' notice from the start date of the reservation to cancel without penalty. If you must cancel after the 5 days' notice date, you will be charged $50 per dog run booked and $35 per cat cage booked. If your boarding reservation can be replaced, the cancellation fee will be waived.
